Fungi & moulds are known to destroy building materials and cause health problems for many individuals.
The primary objective for our mould remediation practitioners is to safely and completely remove the contamination and mould damaged materials using work practices that protect occupants by controlling the dispersion of mould and by return the environment back to an acceptable level of cleanliness.
Our mould surveyors deal with the inspection, surveying and sampling of mould contamination, they qualify and quantify the surface contamination and air quality in relation to mould within
the indoor environment.
The overall inspection process will allow us to gather information and recommendations for remediation. (As such this process should be undertaken thoroughly)
Mould growth within the indoor environment has long been linked with poor health and property damage, and is therefore the most significant ‘bio-pollutant’ to be found within the indoor environment.
Because it can exist and grow under such a variety of conditions and feed off different substrates, mould growth and contamination poses a significant risk to human health, well being and property damage.
